I received outstanding support from my tutor, Jakub, and assessor, Arsalan, throughout this course. My submitted assignments were marked thoroughly and speedily by Jakub, with constructive feedback given on how to improve my work to fully meet criteria. Arsalan provided helpful assessor feedback at the end of every unit with guidance on how to continually improve my work for the remaining units. This course is challenging and demanding; requiring significant dedication and commitment to complete alongside balancing a heavy teaching workload. However, I completed the course in ten months and am very proud of my achievement! Jakub and Arsalan’s enthusiasm, positive comments and support really kept me motivated! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Britannia as a provider for anyone considering undertaking this Level 5 course. Britannia are simply first class.

I am very pleased to have successfully completed and passed all of my assignments for this course. It has been a valuable learning experience and has helped me develop my knowledge, confidence and professional practice as a teacher. Throughout the course, I was able to reflect on my own teaching practice and make strong links between theory and what I do every day in a specialist SEND setting. The assignments encouraged me to think more deeply about areas such as inclusive teaching, assessment, communication, curriculum planning, use of resources, reflective practice and supporting learners with different needs. Although some of the assignments were challenging and required a lot of research and reflection, completing them has helped me grow professionally. I now feel more confident in explaining the reasons behind my teaching decisions and in using relevant educational theories and research to support my practice. I particularly appreciated being able to use real examples from my own classroom, as this made the course meaningful and relevant to my role. It also gave me the opportunity to reflect on what is working well and identify areas where I can continue to improve. Passing all of my assignments has been a great achievement for me, and I am proud of the progress I have made throughout the course. Overall, I found the course demanding but very rewarding, and it has contributed positively to my development as an educator.

I started this course, L3 Numeracy, as a requirement to work towards gaining the QTLS. It was not easy juggling work, life and the course, but I got tremendous support each step of the way. I had tried other providers, but could not complete due to work commitments. Omer was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. He, with the rest of the staff I communicated with, helped me successfully navigate the course. In addition, their Moodle has so much information that will support you, including how to use and insert references. I have had a very good experience with Britannia Education and would happily recommend them to friends and colleagues. I may even look at doing some more courses with them

I completed a level 3 CAVA certificate with Brittania. My tutor support Maria was very helpful and always replied quickly to my emails . During the course i lost my mum to lung cancer and wasnt able to complete on time- they gave me an extension for free and were very understanding. I had some problems with the moodle platform and my tutor Maria helped me with uploading documents and was very patient and reassuring. Her feedback on my work was appreciated and relevant and she encouraged me to complete the course even though i was having a difficult time in my personal life
Having completed many online courses, I can say this online course was deffinitely one of the better ones. From start to finish the customer care and instruction were excellent. Tazz took care of all my enquiries and responded within a day. Mr Omer was my academic support, he was able to direct me in order for me to become even more reflective within my answers to course questions. My plan is to complete further courses with Britannia because they are good at what they do.
