The Level 1 Award in Employability Skills (RQF) is a UK OFQUAL accredited 100% online, knowledge and skill-based qualification that aims to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding of the workplace. This qualification will enable learners to gain the necessary skills needed to prepare for work, work as part of a group and have business and customer awareness. You are not required to have any prior qualification or experience to start this course, just an appetite for learning.

The Level 1 Award in Employability Skills (RQF) qualification is ideal for all those learners wishing to raise their awareness of employability skills in the workplace. Potential learners can be from any occupational sector.
Duration and Delivery
This Level 1 Award in Employability Skills is designed to be completed online at the pace that suits you best. This Level 1 Award in Employability Skills qualification can take as little as 2 weeks up to 4 months for you to get the awareness of employability skills.
