The Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) is a UK OFQUAL-accredited 100% online, knowledge-based health and safety qualification. This Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is designed for all individuals working in any type of work environment. It is applicable to any private or public sector working environment and ensures employees’ safety as well as the safety of clients, contractors, and members of the community. This Level 2 qualification will allow learners to work safely as well as identify and deal with workplace hazards. Scope of this Qualification
The Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) qualification is ideal for all employees wishing to improve their awareness of health and safety in the workplace. This qualification will equip you with the understanding of the main responsibilities of employees and employers, and the knowledge needed to work safely and legally. It can also be used to prepare learners to advance to a higher-level qualification.
Duration and Delivery
This Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace qualification is designed to be completed online at the pace that suits you the best. This Level 2 course can take as little as 6 hours up to 4 months for you to get the awareness of health and safety at the workplace. The OFQUAL regulated health and safety at workplace Level 2 qualification is delivered through our Virtual Learning Environment. Our online tutor support is there to facilitate you to achieve your success rate accordingly.
Assessment and Verification
There is only one unit within this OFQUAL regulated Level 2 qualification which is internally assessed by our qualified assessors and externally verified by the awarding organisation. The assessment takes the form of a written assignment, detailed guidance for which will be provided by the tutor. You will receive tutor support once you are enrolled on our online VLE to assist you in reaching your goals.
